Esther – Benefitting From a CROS Hearing System

Ester has really enjoyed her new CROS system. CROS stands for “Contralateral Routing of Signal” and is a fancy way to say it takes sound on the side of the poor ear, and puts it into the ear with better hearing. The benefit is that it can give better access to sound for a patient who has single sided deafness or a profound unilateral hearing loss. It’s a great way to be able to have a conversation with someone who is sitting on your “bad ear” side.

Ed - New hearing aid user

Ed has minimal hearing loss, however, the new Signia Styletto X has made a significant improvement to his quality of life. He's enjoyed being able to hear and understand more easily as well as the updates he's able to make using the Signia App.

Joe - Unique Custom Earmold

Joe has struggled with hearing loss since he was in junior high. He underwent a mastoidectomy after chronic ear infections, which left him with a very unique ear canal.
