Dr. Asay was born in Powell, Wyoming and is delighted to be able to come back home to practice hearing healthcare in the Big Horn Basin. After graduating from Powell High School, Levi attended Montana State University and earned a B.A. in Media and Theatre arts. He then obtained a B.S. in Audiology and Speech Language Sciences at the University of Northern Colorado. Finally, he achieved his Doctorate of Audiology (AuD) from the University of Utah. While attending graduate school, Levi also earned a Board Certification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist (BC-HIS).
Dr. Asay enjoys Wyoming’s great outdoors and being back home to serve the communities he grew up in. He loves fishing with his golden retriever, Sunny, as well as being in the mountains with his wife Brittany, and their Shetland sheepdog, Apollo.
Dr. Rowley has been an Educational Audiologist for 24 years providing services for hearing-impaired students in grades K-12 in Natrona County. He received his M.A. degree in Audiology from the University of Wyoming and his doctorate degree from Salus University. He also has an M.A. in Speech Pathology from Western Michigan University.
Dr. Rowley's professional interests include identifying and treating auditory processing disorders (APD), fitting and maintaining assistive listening devices and classroom amplification systems.
He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling with his wife Cammy, coaching high school sports, and going on long jeep rides.
Ben Koperski practiced as an Audiologist in Cody for over 35 years. Prior to that, he was part of the University of Wyoming's Audiology faculty for 11 years. Recently, he handed over the reins of the business to Dr. Asay, but is still involved as a mentor and consultant.
Currently, Ben is enjoying the retired life with his wife Mary, and spending more of their time with family.
We're very excited to add Dr. Tom Rowley Au.D./SLP to our team at Big Horn Basin Hearing and Speech. Dr. Rowley has been an educational audiologist in Wyoming for many years and has extensive experience testing Auditory Processing Disorder (APD or CAPD). We look forward to providing APD testing and therapy to help improve central auditory processing for our patients.
Keep up to date with what is new around the office!
